Administration Coordinator - Centre of Excellence

Ngāti Porou Oranga delivers kaupapa Māori health and social services across Te Tairāwhiti, strengthening whānau and supporting positive outcomes for rangatahi and tamariki.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic Centre of Excellence team, ensuring our reasearch projects run smoothly by providing high-quality administrative support across day-to-day operations.

This permanent full-time role (40 hours per week), provides comprehensive administrative support to the Centre of Excellence. You will manage information, systems and processes, support research teams, and ensure projects are well organised, compliant and delivered on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, attention to detail, and working in a kaupapa Maori environment.

You will bring strong administration and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You are comfortable working with systems, supporting teams, and contributing positively within a kaupapa Māori environment

  • NZ Certificate in Business (Administration) Level 4 or equivalent experience
  • Experience in administration or coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of confidentiality, privacy and information management
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
