You will provide holistic whānau-centred support, complete assessments and safety plans, and co-ordinate interventions to ensure tamariki safety and wellbeing. This role is hands-on and relationship-focused, working alongside whānau, agencies, and community partners to create lasting, positive change and break cycles of violence.

  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Full clean NZ driver licence and ability to travel across the rohe
Te painga o te mahi tahi me mātou – What we offer
  • A values-based, supportive workplace grounded in tikanga Māori
